Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
4 chicken fillets
egg 1
4 tbsp grated feta cheese Parmesan
1 tsp curry
1 tsp garlic powder
salt

Method
Dip fillet in egg, then roll it in the mixture of parmesan cheese, curry and garlic. Do the same with each fillet. Arrange them in a greased baking pan and bake in the oven at 200 C. Finally bake briefly grilled to 250 C, turn on both sides. * Optional meat can be fried instead of baked.

Very nice - with hem in the taste of fried chicken, yet it is not fried and roast, lately much I like this way of cooking!

Many were tasty, really! And it remained juicy!

That and I like it. Will try it with cheese. With a proper salad becomes for every season.

I am very happy for this recipe, not fried. Will try mandatory. Put and evaluation because I am sure in the end result.

I will grill oven, but will happen only upper wire, right ... or not?

Yes, I will, strengthen it and climb up to the grid at the top :)
