Chicken with tomatoes

Ingredients
4 steaks, chicken breasts
sunflower oil
2-3 large tomatoes
100 g feta cheese
salt
pepper
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
# For the sauce:
50 ml sunflower oil
1 onion
3-4 tomatoes
1 cup vegetable broth (from cubes can)
280 g canned corn
salt
pepper
thyme

Method
Meat wash and sprinkle with pepper. Spread on all sides with mayonnaise and allowed to stand for at least one hour in a refrigerator. Chopped onion fry until soft, add the tomatoes cut into small cubes. Add salt and stew 2-3 minutes. Pour broth and corn. Boil on low heat 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper and thyme to taste. Add some meat in flour and fry on both sides. In a baking dish, greased with sunflower oil, arrange the tomatoes, cut into slices, add salt and put them on the fried meat. Pour the prepared sauce. Top Grate the feta cheese and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.

For the third time in the last two weeks I meet a combination of meat and cheese, will probably be very tasty, moreover, that this proposal is Maggie and her recipes I like them a lot.

No matter who is the source of the recipe, it is important to be delicious and share anything interesting that we met in culinary magazines and websites. I tomorrow will get a site similar recipe for chicken with cheese, tomatoes and olives, which I watched on television and seems very successful.
