Chocolate layered cake with cottage cheese

200 g of honey
10 tbsp semolina
200 g of powdered sugar
6 eggs
4 tbsp cocoa
4 tbsp hot water
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
cream for garnish

200 g cottage cheese
50 g of dark chocolate
3 tbsp carrot juice
50 g walnuts
