Ingredients
          # For 6 servings:
          400 g dark chocolate
          2 yolks
          2 egg whites
          300 g pastry cream
          25g butter
          # Decoration for 1 serving:
          1 ice cream of your choice
          10 g mango
          3 cocktail cherries
          2 mint leaves
          1 walnut nut
              Method
              Chocolate is melted in a water bath with the butter. Whites and the cream separately and put in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Once the chocolate acquire ambient temperature, add the egg yolks, half of the mixture of egg whites, and half of the broken cream. Stir slowly added and the remaining portions and stirring is continued slowly until a uniform mixture. Pour into a martini glass (with seat). Decorate with ice cream, cherries, crushed walnut kernels, chopped mint and mango fan of.
