Chocolate pudding with cocoa cream

Ingredients
120 g butter
120 g of powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp (10 g) cocoa
120 g flour
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
butter spreads
# Cream :
2 tbsp (20 g) cocoa
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
15 g butter
1 tsp (5 g) cornmeal
3 tbsp (30 g) sugar
vanilla sugar
Method
The softened butter is mixed with the sugar and stirred to a light foam, followed by addition of parts beaten eggs. Add the flour, sifted cocoa and baking soda and hot water so that the dough is soft and easily falls from the spoon. Pour dough into greased with butter form. It should not take more than 3/4 of the volume of the form. Was placed on top dual oiled parchment paper edges are attached to the form and the pudding is boiled in a water bath for about 1 hour. Pudding pops up and turns while still hot on a warm plate. Serve with chocolate cream. cream: Part of cold milk blurs the cornmeal and cocoa mixed with sugar, add the rest of the heated milk and boil a little. Finally, add the vanilla sugar and the butter. The cream is served hot.
