Ingredients
600-800 g of meat
4 onions
1 tbsp tomato paste
12-16 small onions
2 skinless sausages
200 g ham
8-12 mushrooms
5-6 tbsp aromatic red wine
salt
pepper
4 tbsp oil for frying
Method
The meat is cut into steaks that are crushed on both sides with a wooden mallet. Add salt and leave 10 minutes maturing. Fry in hot fat and remove warmed in court.
