Cocktail meatballs with cream sauce

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
1 potato
1/3 carrot
1 egg
pinch of salt
1/3 bunch parsley
sunflower oil for frying
200 ml cooking CEMT
100 g flour
100 ml white wine
200 ml water
pinch of oregano white
cocktail sticks or toothpicks

Method
Minced meat is placed in a plastic bowl. Potatoes and onions are peeled, washed and grated in small pieces grater. After readily added to the minced meat. Add salt, 1 egg, parsley very finely chopped 1/3 carrot, finely shredded. Minced meat is kneaded very well, so that the ingredients are evenly distributed and leave for half an hour to rest and spiced. It is better to cover the top with transparent household foil. Take a pot on the bottom pour 1 tsp sunflower oil and sprinkle salt. The Court put a stove to heat included. Add 100 g of flour and stir with wooden spoon until lightly fried flour. I took this recipe and meatballs were very tasty. Do not served with cream sauce, but as Пирински Hedgehog (put pictures to both recipes).

Oh, Ive, I never counted them. But I did a double dose and took me to these two cabbages, which are the photos (visible that are not tightly to meatball meatball, but there are other things bodnati). And cabbages are not goals - used a cabbage, which divided it into two. Ham meatballs were good taste, yet stayed healthy (not Shred). True, and minced meat depends, but I think the ingredients of the recipe help their good form.
