Cod in Navarra

Ingredients
600 g cod
oil
3 onions
3 tomatoes
2 peppers
1 clove garlic
2 peppers "chili"
pepper
salt
Method
Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, peel and cut into quarters. Fried in sunflower oil chopped onions and diced peppers, add tomatoes, pepper and crushed garlic, heat and leave in a warm place. Cut into julienne cod put in boiling salted water and vazvaryava. Remove, place in baking pan, pour in the prepared vegetable mixture, diluted with a little fish broth and bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
