Cod with red wine

Ingredients
600 g cod
2 onions
120 g mushrooms
1 cup (200 ml) red wine
sunflower oil
1 lemon
salt
pepper
Method
Luke and mushrooms are cut into pieces, fry in a pan with sunflower oil, add the washed and dried fish portions pepper, salt, wine and bake in a moderate grill or in the oven until the meat is tender. Serve with lemon slices.
