Cold tomato soup in Vienna

Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
1 liter beef stock
1 cloves
black pepper
1 bay leaf
Red Wine
White Wine
parsley
1 lemon
sugar
salt
Method
Place 900 g chopped tomatoes in beef broth and cook. After a little added spice, sugar, salt, red wine and cooking continues until the tomatoes are cooked. The soup is strained, pressed, add lemon juice, white wine and chilled. Serve with boiled, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and remaining parsley.
