Colorful pasta with tomato sauce

Ingredients
500 g of pasta (color)
250 g tomatoes (canned)
1 onion
3-4 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 carrots
feta cheese mozzarella
mazdanoz
basil
olive oil

Method
Boil macaroni in salted water, then rinse with cold and put a little olive oil (can and sunflower oil) to prevent sticking. Cut the onion finely and fry in olive oil, grate carrots and peppers and add to the onion, after 3-4 minutes put chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute and add chopped tomatoes with the juice from the can , put 1 cup of water and leave to reduced stove for 15 minutes the sauce should be a rare if it becomes a thick can top up a little more water. Just before you remove it from the heat add the chopped herbs, served in a deep dish pasta sauce on top and finely chopped mozzarella.
