Cookies with cherry jam

Ingredients
500 g flour
2 eggs
230 g of powdered sugar
250 g butter
1 vanilla
20 g cocoa
200 g cherry jam

Method
In a bowl is broken softened butter with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and flour and knead nice. The dough is divided into two equal portions and one was added the chocolate. Both tests were wrapped in foil and remain in the refrigerator for 90 minutes. Once removed from the refrigerator with a rolling pin roll it to about 3 mm. The dough is cut into the desired shapes. Place in a tray covered with a baking paper, separated from one another. Bake at 175 C for 12 minutes. Cookies are smeared with jam by sticking white and one brown.
