Ingredients
1 and 1/2 tbsp butter
2 egg whites
1/3 cup flour (or less)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup finely chopped almonds
Method
The butter, egg whites, flour, sugar and vanilla, beat with mixer until a smooth mixture. The oven was heated to 160 C. With a spoon pour the mixture onto the paper by forming thin slices with a diameter of 6 cm, at a distance of 4 cm from each other. On top sprinkle with almonds. Cookies and bake for 5-7 minutes, until golden. About a minute left to cool and remove with a spatula from the paper. With greased with sunflower oil pin them gives slightly curved shape. Leave to cool. Stored in a tightly closed container.
