Ingredients
# For the dough:
700-800 g flour
100 g sugar
100 g butter
2 eggs
300 ml milk
30 g yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
# For the filling:
400 g cottage cheese
egg 1
70 g sugar
handful of raisins
zest of 1/2 lemon
# spreads:
1 egg
1 tbsp milk

Method
All products stuffing mix , mix and set aside. yeast dissolved in warm milk with 1 tsp sugar. The butter mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar until white. Add the eggs, milk yeast and flour. Blended into a soft dough. Divide into 16 balls. Each roll of small pita and put 1 tablespoon of filling. Folds in half and ends are pressed. Leave to stand for about 20 minutes. Spread beaten egg diluted with milk. Bake at 200C, about 25 minutes.
