Cookies semolina (Nyochi but Romana)

Ingredients
500 ml milk
40 g butter
3/4 cup (150 g) semolina
salt
pepper
nutmeg
50-100 g feta cheese
1-2 eggs
Method
Cooking milk with the butter, a little salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour meal and prepare a thick porridge. Remove from heat, add the beaten eggs and grated feta cheese and the resulting mixture is rolled on wet board 1 cm thick. Once cool, cut round or rectangular cookies that are smeared with butter and sprinkle with the rest of the grated feta cheese. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
