Copper sponge cake with icing

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp baking soda
# For glaze:
50 g chocolate
50 ml water
20 g butter

Method
Sugar water, the oil and honey mixed nice to dissolve, add the flour and baking soda (may wish to put cinnamon), pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking pan and bake about 35 minutes in preheated oven at 180-200C degrees. The glaze is prepared as a water bath or a very low heat put the butter, water and chocolate, stirring constantly until melted chocolate. Had grown cold cake is cut into rhomboids and pour the warm glaze. * 1 cup = 250 ml
