Cottage cheese baked with sweet ornament

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
4 eggs
5 tbsp sugar
25 g butter
1 vanilla
1 pear
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
rind of 1 lemon
Method
Yolks are broken sugar fluffy cream. Add the cottage cheese and a nice mix. Egg whites are broken down into well (but not snow). Added to the curd mixture. Add the melted butter and vanilla. Mix everything up nice uniform, smooth dough. With syringe filled 6 shapes for baking. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 190 C oven. For sweet ornament: pear peel and cut into circles. In skillet melt 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp honey. Sprinkle with finely grated zest. This mixture was placed circles pear and caramelize 3 minutes. In the plateau rank circles of pear on each other (to acquire its initial appearance of pear) and curd baked dishes, which are watered with the juice of braised pear.
