Cream of blackcurrant

Ingredients
500 ml milk
120 g sugar
45 g flour
120 g cream
4 biscotti
2/3 cup blackcurrant liqueur
# For decoration:
8 biscuits
cherries
cocoa

Method
In court warm milk with 60 g of sugar. Egg whites are broken down with the remaining sugar is then added and finally flour heated milk. Cream is placed on the fire, stirring constantly to thicken. Then leave to cool a little and add cream shattered. Biscuits are cut into small pieces and soaked in liqueur. Pour a little of the cream into bowls, place a bit of soaked ladyfingers and then pour more of the cream. Bowls are coated with foil and placed in a refrigerator. Cream is served with two biscuits, a little cocoa and 1 cherry.
