Ingredients
# For the crust:
4 cocoa butter cookies
4 tbsp butter melted
# For the vanilla cream:
200 ml sweet cream
300 ml milk
5 yolks
5 tbsp sugar
vanilla
# For ganasha:
100 g of dark chocolate
10 g butter
120 g cream
# bow:
100 g sugar
4 crackers
Method
The sheet is prepared as biscuits digest food processor or finely grated, mixed with melted butter and distributed in 4 refractory shapes. Pressed well tbsp Itza. The oven is heated to 160 C.
