Creamy cake with apples

Ingredients
4-5 apples
cinnamon
70 g butter
4 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 cup (200 g) flour
orange peel
walnuts
1 vanilla powder
# For the cream:
2 eggs
1 cup (200 g) powdered sugar
1/8 cup sugar
50 g cream
Method
Peel apples and cut into small cubes, mix with cinnamon and place in a baking dish in which previously melted the butter. Separately, whisk the eggs with the sugar and flour. Stir with a mixer, add the orange peel, vanilla and the walnuts. This mixture is poured over the apples. Bake in a moderate oven. Allow to cool and smeared with cream. Allow to stand in the refrigerator before serving. Cream: & nbsp 2 egg whites with salt briar beat with a mixer. Add 1 cup powdered sugar. Boil 1/2 cup syrup (equal in water and sugar). Allow to boil a little and still hot add a trickle and while stirring with a mixer to egg white snow. Separately mix 500 g cream. Both the cream come together.
