Crispy fillets with cornflakes

Ingredients
chicken fillets
cornmeal
eggs
cornflakes

Method
Cut the fillet into thin slices. Ovskusyavame them with salt and other spices of your choice. Smash cornflakes or by hand or blender, but not very finely. Roll each piece first in the cornmeal, then in egg and finally in crushed cornflakes. Fry in deep fryer or skillet with more sunflower oil until golden.
