Crispy zander a la Morty

Ingredients
6 fillets of zander
250 g crab sticks
200 g cheese
1 cup white wine
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp lovage
pepper
salt
breadcrumbs

Method
Zander fillets marinated in white wine, thyme, lovage and pepper for 1-2 hours. Remove them and rolled in breadcrumbs. Place in well-greased pan with sunflower oil. Top is dusted with chopped crab sticks and grated cheese. Bake in a moderate oven until crispy golden crust caught. These amounts are for 6 servings.
