Cutlet of minced meat with mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g of ground meat (beef or a mixture)
50 g cheese
100 g flour
150 g mushrooms
1 egg
sunflower oil
50 g butter
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
salt
Method
In small pieces chopped stalks of the mushrooms sauté half the butter. Meat izmesva well with spices (pepper and salt) and is formed of five oval patty. Each cutlet in flour to add some on both sides and place in greased pan with sunflower oil. So patty baked briefly in a moderate oven, if necessary turn. Tray is removed from the oven. The face of each cutlet is coated with a mixture of beaten egg, grated cheese and stewed mushrooms pieces. On this mixture is placed caps of mushrooms upturned. At the opening of each hat is pazpredelya evenly remaining butter and sprinkle with a little salt. So ordered Half-baked cutlets baked again and served with a side of fries, decorated with a sprig of parsley.
