Cutlets in a spicy sauce

Ingredients
1 kg chops
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
100 g butter
2 tbsp flour
salt
bay leaf
pepper
2-3 chillies
Method
Chops baked in the oven until golden brown. More hot transferred into a fireproof container and pour in the previously prepared sauce - made by constipation until golden flour and the butter and add 1 cup hot water. To the mixture is added hot peppers vinegar, spices and salt then. Chops pour the sauce and boil about 10 minutes, sandwiching.
