Double chocolate cake

4 eggs
120 g flour
200 g sugar
10 g baking powder
# chocolate syrup:
100 g of dark chocolate
150 ml water
100 g sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp liqueur
# chocolate Ghana:
200 g white chocolate
200 ml liquid pastry cream
2 tbsp butter
coconut for sprinkling

Eggs are broken with sugar until blanching, then add the sifted flour with baking powder . The mixture was poured into a greased baking dish (26 cm). Bake in preheated oven at 180C until ready. Allow to cool well. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup. Water and sugar is put on the stove. When the sugar has melted, add liquor, cocoa and broken into small pieces of chocolate. Stir constantly until melting of the chocolate. The mixture is pulled from the heat and add the butter. Mix well. cool base is pricked generously with pencil and pour hot syrup. Leave for one night in the refrigerator. Pastry cream and warm chocolate over low heat. Stir constantly until melted chocolate. Add the butter and mixed. Cake pour cold Ghana. It's nice to stand for an hour or two in the refrigerator. Sprinkle with coconut.
