Dried peppers stuffed with dock

Ingredients
5-6 dry peppers
4-5 ties dock
2 onions
2-3 canned tomatoes
1 and 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
3-4 tbsp rice
6-7 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
# TOPPING:
2-3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup yogurt
Method
Peppers pour hot water to soften. Rhubarb and onions finely. Stew in the oil with the salt and a little water. Add the rice with a little water to choke. Stir in tomatoes, the feta cheese, red and black pepper. With the finished mixture is stuffed peppers. Lining up in a greased baking pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and yogurt. Bake in a moderate oven.
