Dried plums with rice

Ingredients
500 g of prunes
1 cup Rice
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
600 ml hot water
2 onions
Method
Plums soaked in water. Chop finely and stew with the oil and salt. Add the washed rice and fry until translucent. Pour the boiling water and add cinnamon and prunes. Eating boil over low heat until tender plums.
