Drunk quince jam

Ingredients
2 kg quinces
1 kg of sugar
2 tbsp rum or brandy for each jar
Method
Fruits are cleaned of moss, washed, cut the seed is part and cut into slices (or pieces curly cutter potatoes). Put in large enameled pot, pour water just to cover, add sugar and cook on medium heat until tender. Arrange in canning jars, covered with syrup, which are boiled and add rum or brandy. Is hermetically closed.
