Method
Pork washed and boiled in 2-3 l lightly salted water. When the meat is cooked, strain the broth and put back on the stove. Add peas and leave on low heat to simmer until peas are tender and banging - fire must be weak, and the total cooking time is about 1.5-2 hours. Cut the meat into small and add to the soup. Add smoked bacon and vegetables, chopped (potatoes and carrots into very small cubes). Finally added and smoked sausage, cut into pieces. Soup leaves a little to simmer while stirring regularly and taking care not to burn. Season to taste with spices and let stand for 24 hours. The next day, the soup must be so dense that stuck a spoon can hold rights in it. Before serving warm. You can add other vegetables optional. It is important to be chopped, the consistency of the soup is like a mess. It can be used fresh or frozen peas, but it is nice to soak the previous day in water. The cooking time in nerazpoloven peas will be even longer, until grahchetata to pulping.

The soup is very nutritious, delicious and is preferred in the Netherlands during the winter months.
The soup is the same as in Germany, especially here near the Dutch border. Peas are cooked faster if the broth is neposolen and peas soaked. Fresh peas or frozen so no need to soak, it is cooked in less than 10 minutes :) But otherwise the soup is really delicious, I might do with beef, especially washers push, as I put the meat with peas and about 1, 5 hours the meat melts in your mouth and peas became a mess. Then he fake and so on.. Soup worth the time, I can only recommend the recipe. I note it as prepared, because I have multiple rules :)
Thanks for the advice, Aliana! It's nice to see the other reviews for this soup. When I tried it for the first time, I fell in love straight. Leafed recipes, but they proved to be quite varied. Proposed here is a combination of several recipes and several attempts on my part as you cultivate according to my taste :)
Yes, there are small differences, but in general the same. There it, and canned, but I've never bought. I think to do these days, I will have guests and begin to cook in advance and the soup is perfect for freezing.
