1 kg turkey fillet
1 bunch leek
1 tbsp red pepper
salt, pepper
bay leaf
1 cup water / broth
2 tbsp flour
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Heat the oil in a deep pan. Turkey cut into small cubes and fry on both sides until the meat becomes white. Wash leeks, dry it and cut it into rings or strips - add it to the meat and fry them together, add the red pepper and salt. Once the leeks slightly softened water (broth), black pepper and bay leaf. Leave for about 15 minutes to simmer with the lid on. Add flour if you want to thicken the sauce. * The meal is simple and rustic.
