Eggs with feta cheese in Paris

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 g) cornmeal
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
2 tbsp cream
50 g feta cheese
pepper
salt
Method
The cornmeal fry in sunflower oil, after about a minute, add the milk and cream and boil, stirring continuously for 3 minutes, add 30 g grated feta cheese, black pepper, salt. Pour the mixture into 4 small fireproof container, top to clicks on an egg, sprinkle with remaining grated feta cheese and bake in a very hot oven for about 15 minutes.
