Eggs poached in Dobrudjanski

Ingredients
10 eggs
125 g butter
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt

Method
In pan of boiling, salted and acidified with vinegar water run low broken eggs immediately after the vessel was removed from the fire. When the egg white turns white and veil Thermally stable, the court again put on fire. The eggs are removed with latticed spoon and place in a large bowl, pour with fried butter, colored with red pepper and served with polenta or fried slices.

If possible I can add more to this recipe since I'm from Dobrudzha and I remember that my grandfather did those eggs, but putting some cheese and yogurt with a little garlic optional, but fresh!
