Eggs with rice

4 eggs
1 cup Rice
2 scallions - feathers
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 tbsp flour
6 cups hot water
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt and pepper

In a pot put the oil, chopped green onions feathers (do not use onions because it changes the taste of the dish), add 1-2 tbsp water and put on the heat choke. After boil off the water and wash the onions soften, add rice and sauté another 2-3 moments, add the red pepper and pour over water. After boil Salt to taste and add the lemon juice and gently break the eggs, do not confuse leave the dish on low heat to boil 7-8 minutes to then mix. Boil until the rice is cooked and add some water fuzzy little flour to thicken slightly dish, sprinkle with ground black pepper and remove from heat. The dish is consumed and hot and cold. BlueCaramel-nice to be liked mandzhichkata..a do this you put more onion is irrelevant important to you taste it and I never strictly abide recipes-great efforts we see as write a recipe precise quantities and I always say you can always experiment with recipes and make more delicious necessarily just to observe one recipe-I always add a little something from me to a recipe .. and also be happy if someone did the same with my recipe ..
