Ingredients
500 g veal
500 g tagliatelle or other pasta of your choice
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
2-3 cloves garlic
100 g yogurt puree or sour cream
black pepper, salt
parsley
lemon juice
chili sauce or Tabasco sauce

Method
Meat (if fresh flavor with spices to taste) fry in the heated sunflower oil or olive oil with chopped garlic in a pan . After almost ready, add pre-cooked in salted water tagliatelle or other pasta with yogurt (or sour cream puree). Stir in the pan for 1-2 minutes, take from heat, add chopped tomatoes and flavored with other seasonings to taste. Serve the season - in winter with red and during the summer with white wine. * Of course, the meat can be replaced with meat flavor. * Spices also you can combine as you want. * The paste can and feta cheese with grated Parmesan to serve.
