Ingredients
6 strips bacon
4 eggs
1 cup cream cooking
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cup Spinach
2 cup Fresh mushrooms
1 stalk chopped onion
300 g feta cheese
Base quiche
Method
Eggs and cooking cream is a nice break. To this mixture add the crumbled feta cheese, chopped bacon, spinach, mushrooms and onions. Season with nutmeg salt and pepper. This filling is poured into the base of quiche, taking care not to fill completely full. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40 minutes.
