Fillet of sea bass in foil

Ingredients
4 bass
8 shrimp
8 white mussels
mussels 8
1 lemon
4 sprigs parsley
4 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
Method
Bass is washed and cleaned, cut and placed on a baking paper. Top put shrimp, mussels, 1 lemon, parsley and spices with olive oil. With foil is formed and an open pouch is placed inside the fish. Close fthe oil and bake at 250 C for 20 minutes. The fish is served in the open foil.
