Ingredients
500 g fish fillet
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
1 onion
80 g butter
20 g dark chocolate
100 g mushrooms
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
pinch ground cloves
pinch of cinnamon
salt
pepper
Method
Finely chopped onion stew in half butter, on it is dusted flour and fry. Make slow 1/4 liters of water and stir the sauce until it is smooth.
