Fish Baked in Hungarian

Ingredients
3-4 fish - mackerel, Carras, herring or other fish
7-8 tomatoes
3-4 cloves garlic
1 lemon
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/3 tea cup . white wine
3-4 tbsp butter
1 bay leaf
10 peppercorns
1 chili pepper
salt

Method
Fish is cleaned, washed, add salt and dipped in breadcrumbs, then place in a baking dish. Prepare sauce juice of the tomatoes, lemon, white wine and pour it in the pan fish. Add the oil, bay leaf, cloves garlic, chilli and black pepper. The dish is baked in a moderate oven.
