Fish dumplings in a halogen oven

Ingredients
500 g defrosted pangasius fish fillet
1 egg
100 g soft salo
3 slices of dry bread - mid
1 small onion
1 sprig fresh onions
1 sprig fresh garlic 1 clove old
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
lovage, pepper, savory and salt

Method
Grind the fish fillets and salo with machine for meat, add the minced meat, egg, grated onion, finely chopped green onions and garlic, mined on dry bread crumbs, breadcrumbs, salt and spices. Knead nice minced meat, cover it with foil and store in a cool part of the first stand to absorb odors. Then with wet hands shape into balls and arrange in an oiled baking dish suitable (aluminum) for halogen oven. Put the pan on top BBQ and turn the oven to 225S for 10-12 minutes. As golden brown meatballs open the oven and turn the meatballs. Turn the oven for 6-7 minutes at 240C and after golden brown remove from oven. Serve with appropriate garnish or with sauces suitable for fish. * Meatballs can and fry in a pan with a little oil and also be roasted in a conventional oven, and there as soon as they turn golden brown and finish cooking. * Do not wallow in flour for flour bear fat and burns. Shape them with wet hands.

I'm glad you liked it, and I made fried and I became more juicy than in the oven, but you would already see will not eat fat, and therefore roast them in the oven, among other things, and they are in an ordinary oven.
