4-5 potatoes

1 bunch parsley
7-8 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup hot water
1-2 tomatoes

Method
Arrange in a fireproof pot sliced ​​onion, potatoes, also cut into slices, and on them - the fish. Cover it with slices of peeled tomatoes, chopped parsley and garlic. Pour the oil and a cup of hot water, cover and bake in a moderate oven.
