Ingredients
200 g zander
200 g potatoes
1 egg
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
20 g butter
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
sunflower oil for frying
flour for rolling
Method
The fish is boiled and boned, boiled potatoes and blend with the butter. Add fish, egg, salt, pepper and parsley. Kneaded and formed into balls that are rolled in flour and fry in heated sunflower oil.
