Fish with potato crust

Ingredients
4 fish fillets
350-400 g potatoes
2 egg whites
3 tbsp flour
salt
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion

Method
Luke is cut into small pieces or grate and fry in the oil until golden. Leave to cool, then add the beaten whites, 1 tbsp flour, grated potatoes, add salt and mix well. Add salt lightly fillets and roll them in flour (the remaining 2 tbsp). On both sides of the fillets put potato mixture and fry each side about 10-15 minutes, turning carefully. The recipe happens with other meat - chicken, pork.
