Fish pudding in Madrid

Ingredients
750 g of fish
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
400 g tomatoes
3 eggs
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs
30 g margarine
200 g mayonnaise
Method
Fish slightly stew, chopped and thoroughly cleaned of bones. Pour tomatoes with boiling water, peel and smothered in vegetable oil, while are dissolved. Mix the fish, add the beaten eggs and season with salt and pepper. In a well-oiled form pudding is dusted crumbs, pour the prepared mixture and boil for about 1 hour in a water bath. Fish pudding is served hot with melted butter or mayonnaise. Thereto shall be served boiled potatoes.
