Fish soup on Channel

Ingredients
250 g cod
piece of meat cooked crawfish
1 carrot
1 tomato
piece of celery
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
2 tbsp (20 g) breadcrumbs
150 g cream
fennel
marjoram
parsley
nutmeg
pepper
salt
Method
Codta, crawfish, vegetables, roots, herbs, wine and salt flooded with 1.2 liters of cold water and boil 25 minutes. The soup is strained, the juice is drained better than fish and vegetables, pressed through a strainer. The meat of lobster with breadcrumbs beat mechanically in a mortar, place in a saucepan, gradually diluted with broth, add salt, add the roots, separately boiled cream and chopped parsley.
