Fish steaks with mushrooms and olives

Ingredients
4 slices (about 800 g) of large fish (catfish, cod, bluefish)
2 small onions
200 g mushrooms
20 olives
5-6 tbsp vegetable oil
lemon juice
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs
Method
Slices fish to scatter with plenty of lemon juice and left to rest for 15 minutes, then scatter with salt and pepper, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in butter until heated vegetable light brown coloring. After removing the fish in warm dish in the same oil fry chopped onion, then add your clean and sliced ​​mushrooms and sauté until soft (about 15 minutes). Finally add the cleaned stones of olives, cut in halves. Fried steak garnished with this mixture. Each portion is added on a slice of lemon.
