Flan with pumpkin and caramel sauce

Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 cup condensed milk - 2% fat
5 large eggs
1 cup frozen pumpkin puree
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp dark rum
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp ground allspice - optional
small frozen fruit for decoration
Method
In a small deep pan, combine white sugar with water. Heat the mixture over moderate heat for 5 minutes. When the sugar becomes amber is ready.
