Florets with cheese

1 kg of flour
5 eggs
125 g butter
500 g feta cheese
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
20 g yeast
250-300 ml water

Dissolving the yeast in warm water with salt and sugar. Then smash 2 eggs with the oil, add to the yeast, mix well. Once the mixture is prepared and is added to the flour. Messi was not until a sticky dough. Allow to double in volume. For the filling is broken remaining 3 eggs, 1 egg yolk leave as spreads on top. Smash the feta cheese and mix well. The butter melts, optional and put 1 tablespoon sunflower oil in the butter. Once the dough is ready we divide it into three balls, each of which is rolled into a large crust dab first with melted butter, then with the feta cheese and eggs. The sheet is rolled and cut into pieces of about 5-6 cm each. Arrange in a baking dish with the tip up to resemble blooming roses. Finally stir the yolk, I add a little of the melted butter in it, pour and bake in preheated oven.
