Ingredients
450 g veal chops
1 egg
30 g butter
3 tbsp cream
80 g breadcrumbs
80 g flour
brandy essence
salt, pepper
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Chops are Dip in beaten egg with the salt. Rolled in breadcrumbs and pepper. Fry in heated sunflower oil until golden brown. Steaks are removed in a fireproof container. To cool fat frying added cognac flavor. Boil the mixture 2 minutes, remove from heat and put the cream. Stir well add fried in butter and flour a new boil until thickened. Steaks are covered with the resulting sauce.
