Fried bread with skinless sausages or cheese

Ingredients
1 loaf
100 g feta cheese
1-2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
salt
sunflower oil for frying
3-4 skinless sausages
Method
Baguette cut to pieces with length about 10 cm. Dug from one side, the other party must remain closed and filled with crumbled feta cheese and, finally, a part of the cut bread. flour with 1/3 cup blurs water and 2 pinches of salt. Mix with beaten eggs. In this mixture is soaked for ten minutes rolls by turning several times. Fry in a hot sunflower oil on both sides for 4-5 minutes. Similarly make and rolls with skinless sausages - pieces of bread on both sides dug and filled with peeled skinless sausages. Serve with mustard optional. The rest of the sinking environment of rolls can be crushed crumbs, to soak in the remaining egg mixture and fry. May be served on the side of fried bread.
