Ingredients
1 chicken, cut into portions or 800 g - 1 kg chicken
5 cloves garlic
1 cube chicken broth
4 tbsp vinegar
sunflower oil (about 1/3 cup )
Method
Chicken add some good in the crushed powder broth (so and salted) and fry in sunflower oil - about 10 minutes on each side. It is better to use a deep pot, which finally hold all meat. Remove meat and finished in the same sunflower oil put sliced garlic. When it starts to turn red, return the meat and mix well with garlic (just a minute). Then sprinkle with vinegar, waiting to evaporate (in seconds) and remove from the heat.
